When will I receive my portraits?
Your order will be shipped via UPS and should be received 4-6 weeks later
What happens if it rains at my appointment time?
We will reschedule your appointment at your convenience
How long will my photo session take?
It will take approximately 20 minutes for a couple, 30-45 minutes for a family of up to 5 with small children and an hour for larger groups
When will I see my images after the photo session?
Your photographer will set proofing times, either the same day or the following day at your convenience.

Is there a minimum order for purchasing photos?
You must choose your complimentary 8 x 10 Photo. There is no obligation to purchase any of the other images
Can I purchase more photos at a later date?
Yes, you will be able to purchase more images online at “insert link here”.
Do you remove unwanted objects out of my images?
Yes, we remove any unwanted background objects out of your images. We also provide custom editing at an additional cost.
Why is there a shipping and handling charge?
We send all our photographs via UPS to ensure the integrity of our images. There is a minimum charge of $20.00 on all shipping orders. On large orders additional shipping costs will be incurred.
